Best-Laid Plans

So, what are the imaginal cells of our bodies, our brains and our spirits incubating during covid isolation?

It would have made a difference to know that we were on the verge of a pandemic at the beginning of 2020. Aware of this knowledge, I would not have panicked. I simply would have made different decisions like many others.  With my business having doubled in 2019 and building momentum, I registered for even more Mind, Body and Spirit events and re-stocked Essential Oils and art supplies.   Visiting the wonderful stone show in Tucson, AZ in February inspired new artwork, class offerings and the opportunity to purchase more colorful Himalayan hand made products.  We also returned with beautiful crystals and beads for creating pendulums and jewelry to sell in our booths while offering Aromativity consultations at fairs.

As the year progressed and news of the pandemic became public, event after event cancelled.  For our family, isolation became an important way to look out for ourselves and for others.  This left me wondering what to do with my time.  We could only watch so much television, read so many books for pleasure and secure so many virtual visits with our grandchildren.

Then I recalled Wisdom University. A gentleman, upon overhearing Mike and I discuss spiritual matters asked to join us in a restaurant.   He told us about the wonderful exploration of Spirit that he experienced there.  When I googled it, I found that Wisdom University is now Ubiquity University.   I registered to take Art and Neuroscience classes to nourish the imaginal cells transforming my spirit while cocooning.
